Melt 8 oz butter, add to 4 oz sugar, and beat in 3 eggs, splash of vanilla, splash of lemon juice
Add in 12 ounces (300g) all purpose flour, 8 ounces (200g) rolled oats, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking soda
Add 8 oz of either choc chips, crushed walnuts, or raisins or a combo all all of them
Shape into cookies, using extra flour if too wet.
Bake on metal tray for 12 minutes at 180C (375F)
